Ready to use: Pack consisting of 30 LTO Extreme 45AH cells, complete with BMS and aluminum bars, already charged and balanced. Available and purchasable now.
Why choose the new Extreme 45AH LTO Cells?
This series differs markedly from classic LTO cells in superior performance and unique advantages:
Charge up to 10C (vs. 6C in traditional LTOs)
Rated voltage 14.4V (2.4V per cell x 6) compared to 13.8V of standard LTOs
Weight reduced by 30% (about 1000g per cell, instead of 1300g)
More compact size: reduced diameter by 5mm, reduced length by 10mm
More energy in less space
Thanks to these features, performance is on average 15-25% higher than that of standard LTOs, reaching up to 30% with charging at 15V or higher.
WARNING: We do not recommend use with standard 14V alternators, as the rated voltage of this battery pack is 14.4V. For maximum performance, we recommend:
GS Alternators
Modification of your original alternator to achieve 15V end of charge
All battery packs are assembled at the time of order. It takes 2 days for assembly before the pack can be shipped. 100% new cells - no A/B/C ratings, zero wear and tear!
We ship throughout Europe.
We can make battery packs with 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 60, 120 or more cells, assembled according to your preferred pattern, with BMS and bars ready for in-car installation.

Structure and characteristics of lithium titanate (LTO) batteries
Lithium titanate (LTO) batteries differ from conventional lithium-ion batteries in the composition of the anode. In these cells, lithium titanate oxide (Li₂TiO₃) replaces graphite (carbon), typically used in conventional batteries. The cathode can be lithium manganese oxide (LMO) or lithium manganese cobalt oxide (NMC).
At the microscopic level, the LTO has a three-dimensional structure composed of lithium titanate nanocrystals. This configuration enables an operating voltage of 2.4 V, fast charging, and the ability to withstand discharge currents up to 10 times its rated capacity.
Benefits of LTO technology
One of the main strengths of lithium titanate batteries is the greater surface area available for electron passage. The anode has a surface area of about 100 m² per gram, compared with only 3 m² per gram in conventional 3.7 V lithium-ion batteries. This feature enables extremely fast charging and a significantly longer service life. LTO batteries can be recharged in 6-10 minutes, compared with the 8 hours required for standard rechargeable batteries. In addition, they providemore than 98% charging efficiency.
Safety and thermal stability
The lower operating voltage of 2.4 V offers significant advantages in terms of safety and environmental impact. The absence of carbon in LTO cells reduces the risk of thermal instability and overheating, eliminating a major cause of fires in conventional storage systems.
Independent tests conducted on LTO batteries have shown that, even in the event of a short circuit, the maximum temperature reached does not exceed 90-100°C, without causing explosions or fires. This makes them a much safer solution than LiPo (lithium-polymer) batteries, which can be prone to spontaneous combustion in case of failure.
