You can choose the length of your conduit, the 9-29mm can accommodate cable diameters (not cross section) from 9 to 29mm, however to allow easy installation it is recommended for cables with a maximum diameter of 19/20mm equal to an average cross section of 70/95mmq. check with a gauge the outer diameter of your cable if you have any doubts.

Remember that the closer the diameter of your cable is to the maximum sheathing diameter, the more it will expand as it shortens, so on average if your power cable is 4.5 meters long you need to buy 6 meters of sheathing at least. Also, to avoid fraying after cutting it is advisable to "burn and melt" the cutting end with a lighter to weld the fibers together.
