Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship worldwide. We do not ship batteries, glues, activators and other chemicals by air (so outside European countries).
How much does it cost and how is shipping calculated? In Italy it costs 7.90€+VAT (standard delivery) and 12.90€+VAT (express delivery). In Europe the basic rate is 20€ + 0.30 cents per kg and in countries near Europe the shipping cost is 35€ + 0.80 cents per kg.
How long does my shipment take to arrive? From the time the courier picks up the package from our location, delivery will be within 1-2 business days for Italy (via express delivery), 2-5 days with standard shipping. In Europe 2 to 5 days for parcels and 4 to 10 days for pallets/pallets. Shipping time may vary for goods shipped on pallets/pallets and depending on destination country (slightly longer delivery time for countries Outside EU).
Do you provide a tracking number for my order? Yes, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. The link is generated when the shipping label is created and the first update will be available when the package reaches the first sorting branch.
How can I change the shipping address after placing an order? You cannot directly change the shipping address. To update the information, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email, providing the new address.
What happens if my package is damaged? If your package is damaged, has defects on the package or ribbons other than the company's, please report it to the courier immediately and accept it subject to inspection to protect yourself in case of problems.
What happens if my package is lost? All packages are covered by insurance. In case of loss, the courier will conduct checks in its warehouses for a minimum period of 30 days. If the package is not recovered, reimbursement will only be in the form of a new shipment of the lost product, subject to in-stock availability. There is no cash refund for lost orders.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards (no Postepay reloads), installment payments with Almapay and bank transfers. For more information visit the Payments
Can I pay in installments? Yes, you can pay in installments through Almapay. At checkout click on "Pay in installments" and follow the process. For more information visit the Payments
Can I request an invoice for my purchase? An invoice can be requested no later than 3 days from the date of payment.
Do you accept PayPal? PayPal payment service is not currently active.
How do I place an order? Orders are placed exclusively through the website. You must add the desired products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout by choosing the payment method.
Can I modify an order after placing it? It is not possible to change the order directly. For any changes, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email, providing the necessary details.
Can I cancel an order after placing it? Gs Audio reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of any order received. In some cases, the order may be cancelled by us within 14 days of transmission, with a full refund of the amount paid. If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us promptly via email or WhatsApp to verify the feasibility of your request.
Can I purchase a product that is out of stock? No, products that are marked "Not Available" cannot be purchased.
Do you offer discounts for resellers? Resellers can purchase products with a special price by prior arrangement. If you are a reseller, please visit Become Reseller or contact us by email.
What is your policy on returns and refunds? The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 days of receiving the goods, without the need to give reasons. The right of withdrawal applies only to products in stock and not to customized or made-to-order products. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods at his or her own expense.
For customized products that have already been made and shipped, there is no cash refund, but a voucher of equal value will be issued, minus shipping costs. For more details, see the "Terms and Conditions" page.
If I receive a defective product, how can I return it? It depends on the type of defect, please see the "Terms and Conditions" page for more information.
How can I check the status of my order? When the order label is created, an email will be sent containing the package tracking link.
Can I customize a subwoofer or other product? GS Audio can customize subwoofers and woofers upon request regarding carbon parts, spiders, baskets, and other parts. To customize the product please contact us via email or Whatsapp.
How do I choose the right subwoofer or amplifier for my car? Our customer support can help you choose the right GS Audio product for your current system. Contact us via email or WhatsApp for more information, remembering to include details such as power, wiring, and installed batteries.
Do you offer installation or assembly assistance? Every product sold includes a data sheet with essential information for safe installation. However, without the right expertise, assembly can easily lead to mistakes that compromise operation or damage the product. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you hire a professional installer. If you wish, we can take care of the installation directly at our premises, with an additional charge for labor. However, we do not make custom panels or supports.
Are all of your products made in Italy? Not all GS Audio products are Made in Italy. We directly manufacture subwoofers, some woofers and make modifications on alternators at our facility.
Do you have product warranties? All GS Audio products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, according to the Consumer Code: 2-year warranty for private customers and 1-year warranty for retailers and professionals. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and conformity problems. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, overloading, tampering or improper use. Is it worth rewiring entirely or repairing my burned out subwoofer? It depends on the type of speaker and its value when new. At GS Audio we deal in repairing expensive car audio subwoofers, but we do not deal in cheap home Hi-Fi products. First, check on our website, under the category "Other Brands", if a recapping kit compatible with your subwoofer is available. If the technical specifications, measurements, or components of the most similar kit do not match, or if you need special parts, contact us on WhatsApp or by email indicating make, model, and photographs of your speaker. We will check our warehouse for availability of needed parts.
Do you ship only spare parts or also kits for DIY recapping? We ship both loose spare parts and do-it-yourself pre-assembled recapping kits.
How do I get an estimate to repair my speaker? To get a customized quote for repairing your subwoofer or speaker, we recommend that you first check our website for availability of compatible spare parts in the "Spare parts" or of a pre-assembled recapping kit in the "Other Brands". If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact us via WhatsApp or email for a custom quote, sending make, model and photographs. Please note that we do not apply discounts.
How long does it take to make custom products? Custom products, such as custom subwoofers, modified woofers, and special materials, take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to produce, depending on the complexity and availability of materials.
