The new 2024 series of Gs Audio Silver 6500 series subwoofers available in 10"/25cm - 12"/30cm - 15"/38cm - 18"/46cm are the evolution of the previous Silver 5000.

Handmade in our Italian headquarters, the subwoofers are also customizable if requested.

In the new edition, the main transformation has been made on the magnet, spider and voice coil, which together have made it possible to achieve a bearable power of 3250WRMS in both D1 and D2 Ohm impedance versions.

The massive magnetic assembly now features two 220mm ferrite rings and "ufo" polar plates. This specific design of ours has greatly improved power handling, ventilation and cooling of the voice coil, as well as giving an extremely modern and unique aesthetic look!

The new voice coil is 83 mm, 4-layer, with copper-coated aluminum winding to improve heat dissipation. All installed on high temperature aluminum backing.

Our spiders, made of double layer 100% red nomex in our Italian facility, offer a perfect balance between light weight, rigidity and efficiency. In addition, the added stitched tinsels help avoid annoying noise and vibration even during the widest excursions.

The 4 versions, 10/12/15/18, feature a new pressed cellulose cone and ESP foam suspension with reinforcing ribs. These features keep the coil perfectly centered within the magnetic flux at all times.

For a final touch, we have integrated a carbon dust cover that not only gives the cone rigidity but also acts as a heat sink. Due to the heat-conducting properties of carbon, it absorbs heat from the coil, making it easier to dissipate, even to the front of the cone.

Available the 4 models 10"/25cm - 12"/30cm - 15"/38cm - 18"/46cm both double 1 Ohm and double 2 Ohm.

Their resonant frequency (Fs) between 30 and 37 Hz, makes them perfect for everyday listening in the car, whether with bass music or hip hop. For those who enjoy techno and genres of music with high BPM, we suggest slightly reducing the recommended box size by about 5-15 liters. This intervention makes the speaker more responsive and raises the tuning of the box by about 2-3 Hz.

Given the power of 3250 WRMS, we suggest in combination one of our 2500 to 5000 WRMS amplifiers.

We would like to point out that for all Gs Audio loudspeakers and subwoofers manufactured in our Italian facility, we provide not only the standard rewiring kit, but also custom kits upon request. In addition to this, we provide all the necessary components for subwoofer/speaker repair, including coils, spiders, cones and other elements, without the need to purchase a new device.
