Our GS audio cones, made with the ultralight carbon fiber, are specially created for DB drag categories in the 500, 1000 and 2000 watt power classes, where is requested the maximum lightness and efficiency.

These cones are made to resist to pressures around 160 Db.

The particular tight and thin weaving allows the creation of a cone with a thickness of about 2,3 mm, especially rigid compared to a paper cone, and at the same time light and thin.

All our cones are perfectly smooth in the front part and in the back, 

this is an important factor that allows to reduce the internal turbulence of the box and increase the speed of the air between basket-spider-cone.

Attention: all the carbon fibers (only in the front part) conduct electricity so the tinsel must be isolated from the cone fibers when assembling all togerther, or you have to fold it up and paste it between the spider and the base of the cone where it is possible.

Cone with surround, weight about 176 ± 2 grams according to the voice coil diameter and the cone height that you will choose.
