TRANSPORT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipments are entrusted to different couriers depending on the destination country and package type. We work with SDA, BRT, UPS, FEDEX and other carriers to ensure efficient service. Orders are usually processed within 48/72 hours of receipt.

In the event that an order is placed on a Friday afternoon, the shipping label may not be created until Monday during business hours, provided all components are available.

Because we offer many handmade products, it may take longer before the shipping label is created, as the item must first be produced. For products already in stock, however, shipping will occur more quickly. If an order contains both handmade items and shelf-ready products, the entire package will be shipped only when all the goods are available.

TRANSIT TIMES

  • ITALY: Delivery is expected within 1-2 working days from the courier's pickup of the package in the case of express shipping, while with standard shipping times vary between 2 and 5 working days. Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and inconvenient areas may take longer to ship.

  • EUROPE: For shipments within Europe, truck shipping takes between 2 and 5 working days for parcels, while for pallets times can vary indicatively between 4 and 10 working days, depending on the country of destination.

  • EXTRA EU: Times depend on destination and customs procedures, with an average of between 5 and 15 working days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and vary based on weight, package size and destination. Surcharges may apply for shipments to inconvenient areas or smaller islands. For large volume orders or pallets, the cost will be communicated to the customer prior to shipment confirmation.

Any customs and import charges for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost indicated at the time of order.

SHIPMENT MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING

Once the shipment has been entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive the tracking number to monitor the status of the package. Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Some depots allow pickup on Saturday mornings, but it is necessary to check availability.

At the time of delivery, the recipient must be present for pickup and verify the integrity of the package. In case of damage or tampering, it is mandatory to sign subject to inspection in order to initiate a claim.

Gs Audio is not responsible for delays due to the courier or the recipient not being present. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of non-delivery. All orders are accompanied by an invoice or tax receipt, issued based on the information provided at the time of purchase.
