ORDERS

By completing the purchase procedure, the carriage "generates" an order indicating the data vs the selected items and the relative unit price and total, the shipping costs and the payment method chosen (see PAYMENT METHOD) It will be our first time to check the availability of the products in a very short time and provide us with the information necessary to complete the order.

AVAILABILITY

Orders received by 12.00 on Monday to Friday will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders received on Friday afternoons and on Saturdays and Sundays will be sent on Monday. For orders arriving on holiday days, shipment will commence on the next working day. We do not accept orders sent by fax, mail or telephone or otherwise via routes other than our order cart.
